Meet Mackenzie, the creative force behind RueBea's. As someone who has always loved iced sugar cookies, she spent years admiring videos of cookie decorating until eventually deciding to take a class on the craft. The experience lit a spark. She soon found herself creating her own unique designs and baking dozens of cookies for friends and family every week. It brought so much joy, it was only natural that she turn her hobby into a business.

Now, at RueBea's, Mackenzie gets the opportunity to bake and decorate delicious, one-of-a-kind cookies and cakes that are sure to delight. She prides herself on constantly learning new techniques and challenging herself to become an elite cookie artist. Because of her success and love of teaching, she has started coaching to help other cookie artists build their own thriving cottage bakery. When she’s not making custom cookies, she enjoys spending time with her family, food trucks, and bubble baths.
