What is your minimum order?

Orders begin at 1 dozen. Need fewer? Stay tuned for a popup shop or holiday sale announced on our Instagram or Facebook pages. Mini cookies have a 2 dozen minimum.

How close to my event can I order?

For custom decorated sugar cookies, RueBea’s generally books 4-8 weeks in advance. When inquiring about available dates, please keep in mind that the calendar fills up very quickly and availability is subject to change. Inquiring about a date does not reserve your spot on our calendar. Dates are only reserved when your order has been paid in full.

We understand how special custom cookies can be for your event. We will make every effort to take orders within the 2 week window if possible. If we are able to accommodate the order, a Rush Fee may be applied.

Can you ship to me?

Due to California Cottage Bakery laws, we are unable to ship outside of California.

How do I store the cookies? How long are they good for?

Store your cookies at room temperature in an air tight container away from windows, heat, or light. We offer heat sealing so guests can take them home as favors. Heat sealed cookies will taste fresh for 2+ weeks at room temperature. Cookies can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3+ months. When removing them from the freezer, let them completely thaw for 5+ hours before opening the container.

Where is the pick up for orders?

Pick up is in Santa Clarita, CA, near Canyon Country Park. The address will be sent one week prior to pick up. We also may schedule pick ups for holiday/pop-up sales in several areas of town.

Can you host a pop up at my event?

We would love to! We enjoy events from outdoor festivals, sports tournaments, store Grand Openings, etc. Please submit an inquiry and we will discuss details further.

Can you make my cookies allergy-free?

Our cookies contain eggs, milk, and wheat. We use an imitation almond extract that does not contain almonds or tree nuts.

All of our cookies are lovingly produced in a licensed home kitchen that may contain common allergens. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with allergies. If you have any known allergies, please contact us prior to ordering.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery. Delivery fees are $10 within Santa Clarita. We are able to accommodate further delivery for an additional cost and subject to availability.
